Future Facility Area Requirements

Recreation land space is very scarce so it is important to maximize square foot usage. The proposed centre is a year-round, multi-use facility that will achieve a significant level of usage per square foot and have a more positive recreational, social and fitness impact for the community. 

The total facility footprint would take up approximately 4 acres of land ( 175,000 sq.ft.) to include the building and parking . The facility building area requirements of our initial design for the proposed centre is about 70,000 square feet on two levels.
